Whole new level of frustration.

Well I’ve finished my latest rounds of physical therapy.

Six weeks of pain and my knees are still not a single degree straighter.

My rheumatologist just ordered more regular therapy and more water therapy. I dont see the point though. Its miserable painful, and didnt do a bit of good.

Its just so frustrating. Puttting so much effort and hope into something and have it be a complete failure.

I cant live my whole life like this.

  1. I’m sorry that your not seeing better results. PT isn’t fun but it keeps me on my feet. Is there some other exercise that you could try that would help.

    Hang in there.

  2. Oh no! RA stinks. You know, I am kind of envious because I always thought my rheumatologist would recommend PT and never did. Do you think it is at least helping things from getting worse by keeping your joints moving?

Hang in there. Sunny days have to be around the corner, right?

    • It really is worth it. I just have a hard time staying positive. If you can get a script for P.T., then I would one hundred percent recommend it.

Im not sorry for doing it at all.

      Thanks for the encouragement!
